the location offered convenient access to both the town and the beach. i thought that was acceptable.
the guest house seemed outdated, it definitely needed some tlc. the furniture placement felt awkward, hindering the room's comfort. i found that the chairs were old and uncomfortable, their seats collapsed.

The location was great. It was quite near the town centre. onsite parking was a real bonus as well! sasha and kevin were excellent hosts, available for questions.

the location proved quite central. parking facilities were a definite plus. the honesty bar offered reasonable prices for drinks and snacks. the breakfast had good quality.
the tv was too small for the room. housekeeping entered the room without permission (while i was out). i found this quite invasive. the shower did not get very hot.
